The compact simulator, launched by CORYS T.E.S.S. in 2004, is comprised of a simplified console with several screens: the central screen reproduces the view ahead and touch screens emulate the main control elements of the rolling stock.

Controlled by one PC, the whole enables new drivers to be introduced to the basics of their profession: learning about the cabin and driving actions, respect of running types, regulations, reactions when confronted with breakdowns and emergency situations, etc.

Light, transportable (it can be stored in a flight case), and operational in a few minutes, the compact simulator can be moved to the student's site, connected to a network, linked to an instructor's workstation who then controls it remotely...It is a flexible, competitive tool adopted by a growing number of owners.
