
Simulator availability guarantee

In order to guarantee availability of its simulators to customers, CORYS T.E.S.S. offers complete maintenance contracts (parts, labour, travel) at the end of the warranty period. The maintenance cost is fixed as it is estimated and budgeted once and for all. 200 simulators are monitored worldwide by locally based technicians. The contract clauses provide for:

preventive maintenance with one or two annual visits for mechanical maintenance, cleaning, screen tuning, PC and software verifications, movement cabin system maintenance, etc. |

corrective maintenance with the possibility of resource-based agreement (reaction or intervention time) or results-based agreement (recovery time). The most exacting contracts anticipate that the equipment will be fully operational within 24 hours. |

Our maintenance technicians also carry out connections and familiarizations which they manage remotely, for example software version upgrades, and periodically measure customer satisfaction with questionnaires.
