The maintenance and renovation of simulators provides a solution as the equipment and software used become outdated. It takes the modifications of the simulated installation and the evolving training needs of personnel into account. Our expertise and experience in this profession mean we are able to work on all types of simulators whether created by us or not.
Long-term projects are interspersed with regular short deadline deliveries to limit the unavailability of the training tool.
Each simulator upgrade benefits from the latest CORYS T.E.S.S. technological advances: advanced modelling of certain installation parts, enriched instructor functions and increased performances..., experience feedback enables essential corrections to be identified.

EDF entrusted the largest-ever maintenance and upgrade contract for nuclear power plant simulators to CORYS T.E.S.S. and Atos Origin. A four-year contract which involves 19 replica simulators and 7 maintenance-dedicated configurations.
In association with Tractebel Engineering, we are in charge of the development of re-hosting tools for three full-scale representative training simulators for the Doel and Tihange (Belgium) nuclear power plants for Electrabel. Designed around twenty years ago, the simulators will migrate to a PC environment.
