Technology based training is perfectly suited for competence based assessment of trainees performance as well as providing unequalled assessment objectivity. Trainee records can be stored in electronic databases and be retrieved whenever needed providing the perfect audit trail.

Flexible training must be immediately deliverable where and when needed in order to achieve the best efficiency. We have developed a number of e-learning solutions and networked simulators for rail operators with centralised instructor stations and distributed trainee stations to provide training in the field.
