- Aide à l’élaboration du plan de formation
- Recherche organisme de formation
- Suivi du plan de formation : planification, Suivi administratif
Processus RH, amélioration continue
- Suivi et mise à jour du processus,
- Outil SIRH (formation, compétences, entretiens…)
Les missions peuvent variées fonction des besoins.
- Vous préparez un Master 1 ou 2 en gestion des Ressources Humaines,
- Vous êtes polyvalent(e), autonome, organisé(e), doté(e) d’un bon esprit d’analyse et force de proposition,
- Vous êtes à l’aise sur les outils digitaux
- Vous disposez d’un excellent relationnel, avez une bonne capacité d’écoute et respectez la confidentialité
- Bonne maitrise de l’outil informatique et parfaite maitrise de l’orthographe.
