The 2026 edition of SimTech US took place in Seattle from October 18 to 21. After opening remarks from Jody Ryan, Chief Commercial Officer of CORYS Inc., Nicolas Lacand (CEO, CORYS Inc.) and Charles Rosmorduc (CEO, CORYS SAS) opened the conference.
They were followed by a review of the Darlington project, the first SMR construction in North America, and a keynote from National Geographic photographers David Doubilet and Jennifer Hayes.
In the Nuclear Power track, operators shared their lessons learned on simulator modernization, validation of control changes, human factors, and regulatory examinations. CORYS presented T-REX Gen 2 and an ultra-realistic fuel handling simulator, among other things.
In the Rail track, operators discussed the use of simulation for safety and training. CORYS unveiled its technology roadmap.
Monday evening at Old Stove Brewing lived up to its promise: good company, music, and shared laughter. It is often once the badges are put away that the best connections are made.
Thank you to our speakers, our attendees, and all the teams who worked behind the scenes.
See you at the next edition!
