Consortium agreement to support ERTMS test bench simulation

CORYS has signed a cooperation agreement with the TRY&CERT consortium, comprising CERTIFER and the Laboratoire Essai Ferroviaire (LEF*) of SNCF Voyageurs.

LEF is an EN17025-accredited test laboratory specialising in ERTMS and ATO signalling and CERTIFER is a Notified Body providing certification, inspection and assessment services in the rail sector, with over 40 branches worldwide.

The aim of this cooperation is to offer CORYS and TRY&CERT customers innovative solutions for assessing the interoperability of rail signalling systems, combining the flexibility of ERTMS test benches and with the capability of simulating the on-board ground environment for infrastructure operators, rolling stock suppliers and rail operator engineering departments worldwide.

*”The LEF is accredited NF EN ISO/IEC 17025 for EVC certification testing according to Subset-076. It is accredited according to Cofrac Testing Accreditation, No. 1-6906, scope available at www.cofrac.fr.”
