Following a project kick-off meeting held on February 4th, 2026, CORYS has successfully completed the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for a series of ultra-light train driving simulators ordered by RATP Dev.
The milestone, reached in early June, reflects five months of close collaboration between both teams to meet a demanding schedule.
CORYS is supplying 10+1 Ultra Light Simulators to RATP, which is preparing to operate train services in the Normandy region from July 2027 following the award of the regional concession in late December 2025. Delivery is scheduled for summer 2026.
Each simulator replicates a regional passenger train and includes 100 kilometres of track representing the French national railway network. Designed for flexible deployment, the units are delivered with transport cases for easy mobility across training locations. They integrate multimedia training sequences, multiple-choice questionnaires and automatic assessment of driver operational practices to support structured, effective learning.
