Hervé Guillou and DINN visits CORYS Grenoble

We were honoured to welcome Hervé Guillou and the Interministerial Delegation for New Nuclear Power (DINN – Délégation interministérielle au nouveau nucléaire) to our premises for an afternoon dedicated to I&C and simulation on the EPR 2 program.

The programme was packed with demonstrations:

  • Presentation of the I&C sequence and demonstration of the EPR2 simulator
  • Presentation and demonstration of the ATTILA tool

The meeting provided an opportunity to hold fruitful discussions between the partners of operational I&C: EDF, Edvance, Worldgrid and Schneider Electric.

We discussed the benefits of serving the I&C engineering activities with simulation. This was an opportunity to showcase how simulation technologies are contributing to France’s nuclear revival programme and preparing teams to operate future EPR2 reactors.
