CORYS will be taking part in Euronaval from November 3 to 6 at stand 6J30.
This is an opportunity to showcase a naval propulsion demonstrator that realistically reproduces the operation of a ship’s propulsion systems.
Simulation is transforming training and engineering in the field of naval propulsion. Building on our long-standing expertise in nuclear power plant simulation, we faithfully reproduce the dynamic behavior of propulsion equipment (diesel, turbine, electric, nuclear reactor) as well as its interactions with the vessel’s other systems.
Applications covering the entire vessel life cycle
- Operator training in normal, degraded, and incident situations.
- Design validation.
- Testing of control systems during the engineering and integration phases.
Operational and economic benefits
- Reduced costs and risks compared to testing on real equipment.
- Faster crew skill development.
- Better anticipation of critical situations.
- Improved operational availability of vessels throughout their life cycle.
